Returns

Return any item within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unworn and uncarried, in exactly the condition it was sent, with all tags and any certificate or packaging it was supplied with.

Outbound shipping is free. Return shipping is at your cost, and returns must ship on a tracked, signature-required service.

A 15% restocking fee applies to returns made for any reason other than the piece differing materially from its listing. Every piece is pre-owned, one of one, and photographed in detail with every flaw named before you buy — the listing is the description you are buying against, and it is written to be exact for this reason.

If a piece does differ materially from its listing, the return costs you nothing: we pay return shipping and refund in full, with no fee.

Refunds

Processed within 3 business days of us receiving and inspecting the item.

Authenticity guarantee

Where a piece has been independently authenticated, its certificate is the primary assurance. It names the service, carries a reference you can verify directly with that service, and travels with the piece.

Behind that, we stand as well. If an item we sell is determined not to be authentic by a recognised independent authentication service, we refund you in full. We may ask for the item to be returned and for a copy of that determination. The guarantee runs to the original purchaser and is not limited by the 7-day return window.

What we can't accept

• Items that have been worn, carried or used.
• Items showing any wear beyond their condition at shipping.
• Items returned without any certificate or packaging they were supplied with.
• Items returned after the 7-day window has closed.

Final sale

Pieces sold at a reduced price, and pieces graded Fair on our condition scale, are final sale and cannot be returned. This is stated on the listing before you buy.

Why 7 days

Seven days is enough time to examine a piece properly in daylight, compare it against the listing photographs, and change your mind. It is deliberately not long enough to wear a bag to an event and send it back. That practice raises prices for everyone, and we would rather keep ours honest.
