1 · Who we are

Fowlier is a trade name of Tectonis LLC, a Maryland limited liability company. In these terms, "we", "us" and "Fowlier" mean Tectonis LLC. "You" means the person using this site or placing an order.

2 · What we sell

We sell pre-owned luxury handbags, leather goods and accessories. All items are second-hand and are described as such. Items are sourced from vetted suppliers, graded against our published condition scale, and independently authenticated where the piece calls for it. Where independent authentication has been carried out, the listing names the service.

3 · No brand affiliation

Fowlier is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, or connected to any brand whose products we resell. All trademarks, trade names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used on this site only to identify and describe the items offered for sale, as permitted for the resale of genuine goods.

4 · Listings, condition and pricing

We describe each item as accurately as we can, including its condition grade and any flaws. Photographs are of the actual item unless clearly marked otherwise, as on our sample listing page. Colours may vary between screens.

Prices are in US dollars. We may correct pricing or listing errors and may cancel and fully refund an order affected by an obvious error.

5 · Orders and payment

An order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we accept the order and ship it. We may decline or cancel an order — including where an item is no longer available, where verification of payment or address fails, or where we suspect fraud — and will refund any amount taken.

Payment is processed by our payment provider. Charges appear on your statement as FOWLIER.

6 · Shipping

We ship within the United States only, free of charge, on a tracked service with signature required on delivery. Timeframes are set out on our Shipping page. Risk of loss passes on delivery.

7 · Returns and refunds

Our Returns policy forms part of these terms: 7 days from delivery, unworn and uncarried, in the condition sent, with all tags and any certificate or packaging the item was supplied with. Outbound shipping is free; return shipping is at the buyer's cost. A 15% restocking fee applies to returns made for any reason other than the item differing materially from its listing. Items sold at a reduced price and items graded Fair are final sale.

8 · Authenticity guarantee

Where a piece has been independently authenticated, the listing names the service and the certificate is supplied with the item. That determination can be verified directly with the issuing service.

In addition, if an item we sell is determined not to be authentic by a recognised independent authentication service, we refund you in full. We may ask for the item to be returned and for a copy of that determination. This guarantee runs to the original purchaser, applies in addition to and independently of the 7-day return window, and is not limited by it.

9 · Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site unlawfully, to attempt to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it at a scale that degrades service, or to reproduce our photographs or written content without permission.

10 · Our content

The text, photographs, design and code of this site are owned by Tectonis LLC, except for third-party trademarks identified above.

11 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Maryland have exclusive jurisdiction.

13 · Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date of your order.
